For Businesses
If your CRM is unreliable, your team is experimenting with AI without a repeatable process, your marketing systems do not work together, or an important workflow has become harder than it should be, I can help.
I work with established organizations to understand what is actually happening, identify what should change, and build a practical system people can use.
Who This Fits
The best fit is a service organization of roughly 10 to 250 employees with customers, staff, software and processes already in place, where CRM, marketing, AI use or workflows have become fragmented or underperforming.
“Something is inefficient, unreliable, confusing or underused. Figure out what is happening and fix it.”
That is the job. It rarely starts as an AI project, and it does not need to.
Three Ways to Work
Assess
Read-only reviews, scored audits, workflow discovery and prioritization. You get a defensible picture of what is happening and a recommended order of work, whether or not we go further together.
Build
CRM cleanup and restructuring, workflow design, automation, marketing systems and practical AI implementation. Built, tested, documented and handed over with the people who will run it trained on it.
Lead
Ongoing implementation capacity inside your team. I coordinate across functions, keep priorities visible and keep the work moving while your people build their own capability.
“I do not start with the tool. I start with the business problem.” I am not tied to one platform or one vendor. I have built on custom code, WordPress, Squarespace and a long list of connected services, and I recommend what the business actually needs, including the option of using tools you already own better.
A few sentences about the problem is enough to start. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it and what a sensible first step would be.
