Selected Work

I build the system around the idea.

These are not side projects. They are the businesses and systems I have designed, built and operated myself, across different platforms, audiences and revenue models. The live ones can be inspected right now.

Client engagement results are documented separately, in full, on the case studies page: the CRM and sales rebuild, the healthcare growth story and Sunrise Seamless.

The Long One

Three Men and a Tenor: together since 1992, a business since 1995.

Three Men and a Tenor formed as a performing group in 1992. When the group became a full-time professional act in 1995, Grayling Filler Productions was formed to operate the business, and my formal business ownership began.

For the last 31 years I have served that business not only as a performer appearing on stage before thousands of people, but in leadership responsibilities including President, Marketing Director and Business Manager. The work has covered performance, sales, booking, marketing, promotions, contracts, customer relationships, media, websites, merchandising, partnerships, audience development and day-to-day business operations.

In 2025 the operating business continued as Three Men and a Tenor, LLC and Grayling Filler Productions was formally closed. The business never stopped running through that transition.

The reason it belongs on this page is adaptability. The technology, the marketing channels, the audiences and the ways of selling all changed repeatedly across those decades, and the business had to keep working through every one of those shifts. That is the same adaptability I bring to AI implementation now.

How It Connects

The Pattern Across My Work

Among the systems on this page are three distinct sales and marketing ecosystems I built and operate using modern AI, automation, websites, content, analytics, forms and funnels. I have not only studied these tools. I have used them to build functioning business and marketing systems.

  1. Understand the real problem
  2. Organize the information
  3. Decide what matters
  4. Build the system
  5. Connect the tools
  6. Put it into use
  7. Learn from what happens

Tell me what is not working.

Describe the problem in a few sentences. I will give you a straight answer about whether I can help and what a sensible first step would look like.
